Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Burf ("the Platform"), operated by Monodox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Burf provides tools for training, building and deploying AI models. This includes model management, dataset handling, agent creation, knowledge bases, workflows and related features accessible through the console and API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, malware or harmful content
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Platform to build competing products through scraping or reverse engineering

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, models, datasets and agents you create on the Platform. Monodox retains ownership of the Platform itself, including its design, code and branding.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described there. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monodox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
